BIG BROTHER – 9/9/11

September 9th, 2011 | 7 Comments | Posted in Big Brother 13

Back in the Jury House, we get to see exactly how bitter Jeff really is. He is holding some serious feelings for the Bedazzled One. You didn’t need a knife to cut the tension in the room, because Jeff was letting it all out. I appreciated Bedazzle explaining her side of why she did what she did with how she was always protecting Jeff and Jordan. Listen, you got caught, just own up to what you did and be the bigger person and just let Jeff take out his frustration on you for the 5 minutes he needs to. He’ll feel better after the night is over and you guys will be talking and laughing by the pool the next day. Don’t go digging a deeper hole with more lies and trying to rub it in by saying how Rachel stood up in front of everyone and said you played the best game out of anyone (I think Big Brother handed out crack for everyone to snort about 20 minutes before Rachel spoke that falseness). Anyways, those two went at it for a good few minutes while Brendon and Daniele just sat back and watched to make sure the tornado didn’t make a quick turn and come shooting their way. I bet there were some extra intense moments they left out of that scene. I don’t see Jeff ever truly getting over this, but he’ll be fine being civil with her until he never has to see her again.

After that boxing match, we go back to watching “Crying with Kalia,” the new CBS soap. This time she chose to cry in the toilet room. And, this time she was crying about how unfair it was that the person who never wants to make a big move won the veto! Who’s to say it’s not a big move for him to get you out, Kalia? The world doesn’t revolve around you and you winning Big Brother. Adam has to do what’s best for him and why keep around someone who can win competitions when he can hold on to Jordan and have a better chance at winning this next HOH, guaranteeing him a spot in the final 3? I believe it was a few weeks ago when I told everyone Adam was playing the perfect game for this season of Big Brother, and he is solidifying that with what I deem the worst strategy, which is never winning anything, floating all the way to the end, and THEN start winning competitions when you only have to beat 2 or 3 other people. That’s never going to sway the votes of the Jury, but since your only other competition is another floater who woke up late in the game and a red-headed vagabond that nobody in the Jury really likes, it definitely won’t hurt. But, if Adam does make final 2, I predict he would win against Porsche, lose against Rachel, and win against Jordan (because I think Rachel and Brendon would vote for Adam since Jordan is ultimately a floater). So, his chances stand pretty good right about now to win this game and the giant check.

But, first he has to make it through Kalia’s pitch to “sell water to a well.” Kalia says she has the gift of gab, but I find that a treacherous lie. Her best attempt with that wondrous gift of hers is to tell Adam that fans like when people make big moves and that both Kalia and Porsche would not put him up if either of them won HOH. Ok, let’s go with the first one. Who the f*ck cares what the fans think of big moves! The fans don’t vote on who wins the show. The people being evicted do that, and if he takes down you, Kalia, and puts up Jordan, he’s definitely going to lose her vote and most likely Rachel’s as well. And Jeff, too, once Jordan tells him what Adam did. And, if Rachel goes down next week, she’ll blame you and you’ll lose her vote as well as Brendon’s. So, bravo Kalia, for telling him that the fans will love him making a big move, but what does that have to do with helping him win the game? And, next, the whole deal with not nominating him next week, great, I’m sure Adam believes that you would both nominate the person you’ve been playing with for weeks now over the person who just saved you once. No chance. On top of that, in the final 4, the nominations don’t even matter. It’s all about the Veto, because whoever wins the Veto is the one person (other than the HOH) who is safe and then is also the only vote that week. So, even if you didn’t put him up, that still doesn’t mean you’re not targeting him for eviction, if he didn’t win HOH. I think your gift of gab is actually a gift of jibber jabber bullsh*t.

Adam does not use the Veto and tells Kalia and Porsche that they HAVE to respect his decision. I found that funny. I always read into things people say and pay attention to the detail of their words and that was a poorly structure speech on his part. You don’t tell people that they HAVE to respect your decision. But, again, I know he didn’t mean it that way, just found it funny that he was telling them how to think at the time he was sealing one of their fates in the game.

We had a split vote for eviction with Jordan obviously trying to hold onto Kalia’s vote if she makes it to Final 2. But, it’s all for naught as Rachel obviously still votes her out, not before telling her that she does respect her as a player (probably her part in trying to get her vote in the finals). Good times. Bye, Kalia. Also, if you need a writer for your new show, call me, I think we’d work great together. With your talent for crying and my ACTUAL talent with the gift of gab, we could be great together in the daytime hours!!

As the executive producer promised, the fortune teller talked. In fact, she talked a lot, and at sporadic times during the night, keeping the houseguests up all night with little tidbits of information about the past evicted houseguests and their future endeavors. This is akin to when they would keep up previous seasons’ houseguests with the voicemails from fans and whatnot. So, they had to know these lines would be important in a future competition. And, that they were, because they were the focal point of the HOH competition.

Which Adam went on to win. See, he’s stepping up at the right time now. He’s guaranteed final 3 at least which is more I would have expected from him after seeing him early on this season. Like I said before, his nominations don’t matter, it’s all about who wins Veto. And, I already know who wins Veto, but since you’ll be reading this after all that already happens, I won’t have to spoil it for anyone. Adam is happier than Zach Morris after having sex with Kelly Kapowski about winning the HOH and making final 3. He makes some crack about Tori Spelling, but we all know Kelly Kapowski was the true 90s TV sweetheart!!

  1. I think Porsche’s reasoning to get rid of Jordan were also stupid. She also said she voted her out because she’s already won the game before. And your point is? If anything, that’s a reason to keep her because why would people vote for her to win AGAIN? Jordan was not going to win the final HOH, and now since Rachel probably is, good luck Porsche! Rachel better take Adam with her if she wins!!

I read Adam’s HOH Blog, and would also like to comment on the fact that people always says it’s so much harder to play the game then you think when at home. I don’t understand that at all. It kinda goes back to Porsche’s HOH blog, she said her and Rachel weren’t as close anymore because “she didn’t like being around someone who talked game 24/7.” WHAT? That is what you are there!! That’s why I can’t stand that these people slept all summer long, I think I would barely sleep because I would want to hear everything going on!

Jeff is never going to forgive Shelly. I also thought it was weird how Shelly said in her eviction interview she was going to go to the jury house and apologize, but she never did….I think she assumed Jeff would kinda get over it, but he’s never going to. Jeff knows he’s good at this game and it sucks knowing you got evicted because of a backstabber, stupid double eviction, and clown shoe.

I have also grown to respect Adam more in the last couple weeks, which leads me to wonder how many of those earlier comps. he threw. I know he’s kinda dopey and may not be a lot, but I really believe he threw some of them in the past.

All in all, I hope Porsche doesn’t win. Even though she’s won comps. as of late, she never could think for herself and when she actually did (voting out Jordan), I didn’t like her choices.

Rachel for BB13 winner!!! She’s got B/J/J votes!! Who knows how S/D/K will vote though and whoever is not in final 2. These people are bitter and ridiculous and will probably vote personal.

  2. I totally agree with you, Scott, and you, JacklynT! You have awesome observations and opinions 🙂 At the beginning of this season, I hated Rachel with a passion. However, she has proven herself time and time again on this season of Big Brother that she is an outstanding player. Sure, I hate when she’s weepy and whiny, (and that laugh, ugh!) But as a player, she’s the only one who could have given Jeff and Daniele any true competition. Those three would have been an awesome final three!! Of the final three there now, Rachel IS the only one who deserves to be there. She HAS fought tooth and nail to be where she is…..and um “you’ve got to respect her” for that. 😉 LOL that was for you Scott.

Rachel Reilly for Big Brother 13 winner!!

  3. So after that Kalia toilet crying scene–Anyone else think it very creepy that we suddenly know they have a camera focused directly down on the toilet? Almost like there’s a weirdo in production that likes to look at that camera more often than he should.

Anyway, Scott I had the same thought as you – why have these people been yakking on and on about this person or that person won’t take me to the Final 2? I just don’t get that logic either….try to ensure easier people to beat along the way stay in the house, win the final HOH YOURSELF and then YOU choose who goes to Final 2. Honestly, I don’t even know why people think they can predict who anyone will or will not take. We’ve been surprised many times so far. Just goes to show how different thinking can be – I figured Jordan would be taken to the end…she is easy to beat in pretty much any competition and I just can’t see ANYONE but Jeff (and maybe B/R) awarding her another $500k. I know I would have a hard time doing it. But everyone else seemed to think she was a lock to win because she’s so nice….you just never know.

  4. Still not a Rachel “fan”. She is so annoying and self involved (and countless other things that I loathe in a human being). That being said, she has really proven herself as a competetor in this game. And, she is the only one left that deserves to win. It pains me to admit that. My dream would be for Jeff to win. I am very happily married but, have a massive crush on Jeff (probably slightly less massive than the one you have on Cassi) 😉

On a funny side note; My daughter is often next to me when I check out the spoiler sites. In the corner is a Brady Bunch type square with all the contestents pictures. She always points to Cassi (even though her pic has always been black and white while others like Porshe and Jordon were in color) and say, “she’s pretty, mama”. She has good taste 😉

  5. please stop begging people to follow you on twitter, it is really pathetic. if ppl wanted to follow you, they would without you having to grovel all the time. have some self respect. if it makes you feel better about yourself to have more followers on twitter, you need to sort out some serious issues.
