BIG BROTHER FINALE – 9/20/12

September 20th, 2012 | 4 Comments | Posted in Uncategorized

In part 2 of the Final HOH, anything physical favors the man in a male vs. female face-off. Even if that male is skinny @ss Ian. That’s not a sexist statement, it’s just truth. Also, I’d like to know how Ian knew that names were going to be on the boards and placed down at the bottom of them? Either he just said that was his strategy afterwards (which is when they do those diary room interviews where they fake their agony/excitement/frustration/other feelings they had during the competitions) and he just wanted to look more slick than he actually is or he knew something ahead of time. Or, maybe they said it as part of the rules they just didn’t read to us. I don’t know. Just seems odd that he would know that, but go ahead and wipe off the faces on each board even after saying he wasn’t going to (anyone else notice he did that to the players).

Ian ends up winning by almost two minutes and will face off with Dan in part 3 of the Final HOH.

But first, Danielle has to show off her acting chops and fight with Dan after he makes a comment to Ian, congratulating him on winning $50,000. Ian is pissed at Dan for saying that in front of Danielle, and it’s all part of Dan’s master plan to hopefully get Ian to throw him part 3 of the HOH so that Ian doesn’t have to get any blood on his hands, and then have Danielle tell the other members of the jury not to vote for Ian. But, THANK GOD Ian doesn’t fall for this jackass plan. I would have sh*t all over my TV screen if he had (in preparation for my 2-guys-1-cup debut, of course). I’m finally happy to see that someone said they’d rather take the risk than the safe way out. So many times during every season of Big Brother, people make stupid moves in the house because they’re worried about the risk of how the other move is going to work out. I wish people would see that every move carries risk along with it, make the one you believe to be right, and live with those consequences. Chances are, the plan was a plan in the first place, therefore that would involve the least amount of risk. It’s when plans change that risk enters its evil @ss into the equation and you end up screwed because you weren’t planning on making that move, therefore you don’t know how to conquer the reparations coming your way.

We get a quick glimpse at the Jury House as they talk over who played the best game and why each one deserves to win. Shane thinks he got played by Danielle after everyone there convinces him that her and Dan had to be working together for something like his backdoor to have happened. Honestly, I’d have to think that way, too, if I was Shane, no matter what Danielle said to me afterwards. But, the best thing about Big Brother and being on the show is that you can go back and look at the tapes and actually see everything. I wonder how many houseguests actually do that. I’d have to imagine that would be almost as fun as being on the show, getting to go home and see all the things you didn’t get to see!! It would be like playing the game all over again, except knowing the outcome but wishing even more that you could go back and change it!!

Everyone agrees that Danielle is just playing Dan’s game and that she has done absolutely nothing inside the house. Therefore, she’s out and wouldn’t win the money no matter what. Which is the exact reason why Dan or Ian would HAVE to take her…and, it’s the exact reason why Dan would. Britney and Jenn are munching all on Dan’s penis, talking about how great of a game he played and how they’re in awe of his game and whatever. Joe and Frank are on the opposite end of that spectrum, saying he played the dirtiest game and that even though it is just a game, you still are living YOUR life inside of that house and you don’t have to, necessarily, do some of the things Dan did in order to win. But, to them I say, he did these things all season long and yet every time they had a chance to take him out, they never pulled the trigger. So, they’re not as much to blame as Dan is, but still, they’re just enablers who allowed Dan to carry out his sh*t-faced actions.

Again, another tweet about Dan and selling ice to eskimos. I will say this again, ESKIMOS NEED ICE TOO!!! They don’t just walk outside and chip a piece of ice off of their igloo and drop in their soda! That’s almost the same as the stupid idea that people make their own beds, so they have to lie in it. No they don’t. Can’t I make my bed and then just sit on it? Or, just turn right back around and unmake it? Let’s stop using these idiotic statements to assess situations in life when they really make no sense at all. Thank you.

We finally made it to the Final stage of the Final HOH competition. It’s Dan versus Ian. I got every single question right as I was watching. I think the only toss-up for me was Frank’s. So, for Dan to get the ones wrong that he did, it almost makes me feel as if he lost on purpose, in hopes that he didn’t have to backstab Ian. But, then I thought better of it and just realized he blew it, because there is no way he did all the things he did to have his fate left in the hands of someone else. Plus, he wanted to take Danielle to the end, because he knew his odds of winning were multiplied by five billion if he was sitting next to her, the person who did nothing all season except stare at their @ss in the mirror, rather than the kid who would come up with something clever to tell everyone when asked why he deserved to win.

Ian evicts Danielle and I let out a gasp. I think it was the only word I said the entire show, and it wasn’t even a real word. I truly didn’t want Dan to win ANYTHING. Even him getting second place bothers me (if it turns out that way, of course).

  1. If Britany and then Shane (at the start and end not the mid part of the season) couldn’t win I am happy Ian won!!! Anyone see him & his “game plan” that he brought to the house on “The Talk”? It was almost erie it was exactly what happend, he played a great game and deserves so much more Respect than he was given – go Ian!!

  2. Sorry to rub it in, Scott, but … I called it. I said if Ian & Dan made it to F2, Ian would win. *Grinning smugly*
Frankly, I’d have been just as happy had Dan won.
I’m actually glad that Danielle didn’t even make it to the final two. However, I am seriously concerned about her emotional stability (or, rather, lack thereof).
I sure hope that BB will ensure that poor girl gets the therapy she’s going to desperately need once she watches the whole season AND when she gets on the interweb and sees all the truly horrible comments people have made about her.
And poor Shane … he was totally enveloped by Danielle as soon as the winner was announced. You saw all kinds of people mingling together as the camera panned out – hugs & kisses & high-fives, etc. – but all you saw of Shane was Danielle keeping herself and Shane off to the side (while Shane was actually watching the others). Wow. Zingbot was right: Shane will need to issue a restraining order.
Thanks for your BB14 posts, Scott. They were a blast!

  3. Keyser Söze! Scott, you called it, and since then I rooted for him, but he didn’t pull it off in a stud “Keyser Söze” way. Quack quack, really?

  4. Dan should have one that game hands down! I do think he was the best player this season. He did what he had to do to win. Every single person lied in that game and tried to do what they needed to do however Dan was just a little better! I think one of the main reasons he didn’t win is the jury figured he already had won the money once why not give it to a poor college student who could use it. I guess Ian was the next best choice b\c I don’t think Danielle deserved to win.Congrats to Frank for winning the 25,000. I think he totally deserved it. If Dan didn’t get Frank out of that house I think he would have won the whole game. He was a great physical player!
